It would also take some of the pressure off of the Warriors (they would need to drop the 'New Zealand' bit for a start!)

Shucks, after the wet weekend and low crowd our average has dropped to 12,510 which is now the lowest in the whole NRL. Penrith is next lowest with 13,340.

Cowboys, Titans and Bulldogs all averaging in the 20s and Broncos in the 30s.

Hopefully we beat the Panthers away and climb into the top 8 then maybe we will get 18,000 or so for the Roosters. Lose v the Panthers and we may be lucky to get anywhere near 15,000.

Mate, I actually thought 7,300-odd was a good turnout, and the crowd was extremely vocal, which made me proud. Tate apparently said that 11,000 Warriors fans at Mt Smart are sa loud as 40,000 fans anywhere else.

Oorah!

Our attendances will pick up when we string a couple of wins together, just like last year.

Have a look at the remainder of our season - its like we have got most of our tough games out of the way in the first two months!
