Seriously how much are the Storm paying/promising Smith to stay in Melbourne, teams must lining up to sign him

Taunoa-Brown looked pretty good tonight, though out of his depth at this stage.
I think the experience will do him well which in turn, hopefully for the Warriors as well.
Has the big body which we lack.
Fingers crossed our Coaching staff have the nouse to develop him properly.
(can only hope 🤞)

Great game! Brandon smith and ponga were standouts, also verry impressed by what Tanoa brown can bring to the engine room........ just that, a great engine! Just kept running and tackling....... bye bye lisone!

is it just me or did the indigenous team just get really grubby? im all for playing hard and pushing the rules but some of their players were on another level especially mitchell.

I want to cheer for Latrell Mitchell as he is a freak when he’s on his game, but the inner Justin Hodges (roosters version) always pops up! Emotions always getting the better of him which gets the grub in him going.

Had to laugh when the maori side was close to the line. Blair took a run with the ball.

Me: There is a chance of scoring so he runs. It would be of more use if he did a lot more work doing hit ups coming out of his teams half.

Vossy: Blair with a dummy and run, how often do you see that?

Me: Depends on how much Warriors games you watch.

Does Blair taking the last kick last night mean this is his last year in the nrl.
Personally from what I saw of him he’s in for a big season.

I thought Blair played very well although I only saw the first half.
He had number 10 on so maybe he needs to play prop in general. Some good hits and he wasn't work shy.

Taunua Brown had trouble really knowing how to brace for impact and bend the line on his carries, while the older props like Bromwich etc seemed to use a real technique and body positioning to rock back the first tackler and get good post contact metres. Tanua also looked a bit star struck out there as there were some very big name players out there.
It looked like if he can get some NRL games under his belt and get the experience of a few good caries and even bowling a few cu**s over he will believe in himself more and play better.

He looked better that Chris Satae and Ligi Sao however for what that is worth.

Wow, how good is Brandon Smith, he has been my favourite player for a while but man, how much would you love him in your NRL team, no wonder Grant wants to leave Melbourne - he is a long way behind both Smiths.
