I heard he was living in the Redbank plains area Brisbane. What's Ali upto these days? Miss the good ole days.
Brings a tear to the eye, when everyone's complaining about the six again, the end of the shoulder charge, send offs for head high tackles and everything that's turning this game into A GAME FOR WOOFTERS!, to see that the commentators are leading the charge in keeping the game the way it used to be in still being anti-Warriors.Sky are replaying the Warriors vs Storm game which includes so many Warrior legends, including Ali.
The game was so much harder , open and faster than what we see now.
The commentators were very anti Warriors .
Has he moved there recently? I saw him running his coffee cart at the Papatoetoe rugby club in April.I heard he was living in the Redbank plains area Brisbane.

Good cos he makes a good coffee. I vaguely remember a mate telling me that he had a number of little enterprises like that on the go with the family helping out.No this was awhile ago
Ali was good for sure, especially that back flip to Stacey at MSS...but SBW was the master...been nothing like him before nor since...and that includes the likes of Artie Beetson.Ali back in the days in my view was better than SBW as far as offloading.
Just imagine the two of them in the team together.
Loved watching Ali play.
What about Michael Luck’s off loading ability?Ali was good for sure, especially that back flip to Stacey at MSS...but SBW was the master...been nothing like him before nor since...and that includes the likes of Artie Beetson.
Definitely lives in Auckland. He’s been at the club on the days they hosted members and the pitch party.Has he moved there recently? I saw him running his coffee cart at the Papatoetoe rugby club in April.
