If only cause they we're sitting in the same spot last year (15th) as we are now with an even worse defensive record......i know a lot of the groundwork for this year was laid last season but shows with the right coach change is possible.

I guess we're all just hoping Webster can pull something out of his arse and get this team responding.

I recall we beat Canberra earlier in the season, so there’s some hope for us ??!!!

Yeah the context of the season is waaay different how we beat Canberra and Cowboys - but it's still good to see 2 of the last 6 we've beaten this year, and played well at times against some of the others (Leading against Sharks, only losing to Roosters and Rabbitohs by small amounts).

It gives us at least a little bit of base to work from, knowing at times we've footed it with the best of this year.

A little better offense next year, and a good improve on defense and we could be pushing the top teams like Canberra are this year

Thankfully Crowe and Holmes a Court came to the rescue to save them. Was ludicrous to cut them considering the proud history of that club. So glad when they returned.

Love it. Souths for the win hopefully after playing with 11 and Taukeiaho not getting sent for a blatant headshot.
