How was it not priority number 1 to retain POS. I honestly can’t see this club ever being good.

The new club with a ‘clean slate’ is a unique opportunity for a recruitment guy, you can see why he’d take itHow was it not priority number 1 to retain POS. I honestly can’t see this club ever being good.
Who's to say they weren't trying to keep him? Massive loss though. Who do we have to help Browny on the recruitment side, no one now?How was it not priority number 1 to retain POS. I honestly can’t see this club ever being good.
I’m sure they were, but that’s when the owners get the cheque book out. But like Fonzie said the opportunity of building a roster from scratch may have won him over.Who's to say they weren't trying to keep him? Massive loss though. Who do we have to help Browny on the recruitment side, no one now?
I don’t think we could ever compete with this opportunity. A recruiters dream to build a new roster fron scratch with a cashed up club after being head hunted by Wayne Bennett. How was it not priority number 1 to retain POS. I honestly can’t see this club ever being good.
Looks like it. F*ck this sucks! So are we going into November 1 player movement window with no recruitment manager?
For him absolutely…. For us it should have been a ‘sorry you are too fucking valuable to lose right as the 1 Nov window opens…so we need you to see out your contract’The new club with a ‘clean slate’ is a unique opportunity for a recruitment guy, you can see why he’d take it
He certainly assisted on a few line breaks in his final season, didn’t have anywhere near the pace for how the game has evolved, evidenced by no team wanting him for next season.Lol was that actually your take on Ah Mau?
Warriors next head coach......... David Kidwell. Maybe our best hope is to keep Brown as head of football and get a new coach, Sigh! From a talent identifying perspective POS is a big loss. He’s one of the best around for it and Redcliffe signing him means that they will be quite happy to pick off our players as they see fit.
In terms of signing established players, I’m less worried. The big improvement came when we replaced Kearney for Brown. Prior to that POS was struggling to sign anyone of note. Players like Brown and are happy to play under him.
Brown for now is the key for our immediate recruitment although pathways and talent identification is becoming a worry with POS and Gould gone.
