Waste of time getting to the finals if your not up to this level. Warriors not even close with full fit team, even Johnson at 100% isn't going to worry these teams.

Melbourne showed it can even happen to the best.

Besides the handling errors they were at times struggling for metres. Lost a lot of their structure which is key for them.

A lack of cohesion between their play makers ended up playing like individuals instead of the well oiled machine.

Goodbye Storm dynasty, they had a good run.

I actually quite like watching the Storm pick teams apart week in week out. It’s like watching the Terminator T-1000 in a fight against a normal dude every week. And then it’s just as satisfying somehow watching them lose.

He's talented I remember he tore us apart in the 2018 finals just lacks the 1% plays and continuous effort that's why I rate Tohu Harris highly 700k is the max I'd pay for him

Feel like the Storm were a better team when Hynes was at FB

Yeah, Pap has way more strike but looks gun shy. Split seconds of hesitation were costing him line breaks on attack. Hynes is too slow for fullback similar to Gutherson, they make up for their lack of speed by being good footballers.

Losing Brandon Smith was huge for the Storm. His 20\40 was awesome. Can't believe the Storm thought Grant should've been ahead of him in the pecking order last year.

Jerome Hughes was spewing at his fumblefuck teammates the whole game. Smith and Jennings had feet for hands.

Should be two great games, i just hope the refs don't muck it up. Let the two best teams go to the final.

so now its all over, did the refs muck it all up. they sure got it wrong enough. but the results sort of look right imo.

The Riff are taking it to Melbourne.

So obvious. Smothering the runner, driving them back....forcing the Storm to try to play even faster than their usual fast which is causing the Storm to commit errors.

watched it on delay so forgive late input.
Last year Cleary felt when they got to the final the rules were changed and they werent ready for it. this year it looks like they came preppared, giving exactly the same amount of respect that the storm do to the rules. the storm were the ones looking undready for the Panthers to be at the same level.

i cant remeber which game it happened in, but this happened before. the commentators said that the player has to come off but has 15mins in which to do so.
i didnt get it then, nor now.

Watching that game....some Warriors fans will still stick to liking attacking players that cannot tackle.

Do not ask me why.

Warrior blindness.

You will never win the NRL without the best defence in the competition.

That is the sole reason the Warriors have not played finals regularly ever.

Attacking teams and players that cannot tackle have never won the NRL ever.

Pretty clear then how we need to recruit.

i've been screaming at players to use this all season. it totally swings an attack, i get its hard to pull of but its a hell of a lot harder to defend than a 40/20 and almost zero chance of giving back a 7 play set

Oh well - not sure who I will want to win the Final/ Don't like Souths because of what Russell Crowe did when we were in the process of Signing Sam T from super league. And use to like the Panthers but hate them now because they have Nathan Cleary. SO will probably support the Rabbits because to me Nathan CLeary is the Rugby league equivalent of Shane Warne, Steve Smith, and David Warner in Cricket. All hated

i'm supporting the panthers because of Ivan Cleary. He didnt leave us becasue he wanted to and i would love to see him get a gong.
