The afoa resigning was in 2018, not this year
He dissapeared this week from the team list...I mean not even in the 26 or so guys named. This saddens me as he seemed to have just turned a corner.Looks like Lisone wants out. Don't know if it's true or not.

Warrior wants out
Hard-running Warriors forward Sam Lisone is desperately looking for a new NRL club after a massive falling-out with head coach Stephen Kearney.
Formerly, the Warriors under-20s player of the year, Lisone is also a former Junior Kiwi who has played 86 NRL games for the Warriors.
Parramatta is one club that has been contacted by Lisone's agent.

To be fair, I feel that like with Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, the club has built Bam's physique up to about where he needs to sit to have a decent shot at first grade. Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad never looked like he had the mass and speed for FG, Corvo did a great job with him. Unlike many I don't hold it against the Warriors that they let him look for other opportunities, due to the make up of our team. It will look worse if Libone goes and makes it, because he comes from a position we are desperately short in.

Geez some folkes are fickle around here. Good on Sam for looking elsewhere and I can only see it being a positive both ways. Sam had flashes of brilliance but plenty of costly brain explosions which we have been very patient about for a number of years in the hope he would mature and grow out of it. Sure hes had some nice touches this year, but at his ceiling and would prefer to clean out another spot for another up and comer that might take their chances.

I think Sam could do ok in the right club with the right coach.
Lisone is one of the worst lateral defenders I've seen in first grade.
The ease in which the slightest change of direction leaves him clutching at air was a sight to behold.
Not sad to see him go, but wish him well and hope he can find a club that can fix this major flaw in his game.

I agree on the lack of defensive agility and it is a major flaw in his game, but he had great footwork acceleration and soft hands. It’s as much a sad indictment on the coaching at the club that we didn’t manage to iron out that flaw in his game.

I think that’s one of the problems. We, as members and supporters, sit on the outside, watching incredulously at hints of divisions / curious selections / silent treatments / recruitments / defections, yet we are expected to support the club through thick and thin... Do management and the board think we are a bunch of blind sheep? It is an insult to our intelligence to think that we don’t wonder. We aren’t just the source of a potential sale or tickets / merch.
