I don't really get how they can copy so much of the jersey well but then mess up minor details.

Possibly because they don’t speak English. Just think about how we see Chinese names. I personally have no idea.

Yeah but what I mean is that I always thought they were using the same factories "after hours" so you'd think the files would just be saved on a computer somewhere with the designs.

I can understand if they wanted to use cheaper materials or not sew things properly but spelling things wrong surely wouldn't make it cheaper.

Would be interesting to see how these fakes are actually made.

I’m believe in some cases of the spelling/formatting errors these are essentially the rejects from the qc, rather than wearing the cost of the loss companies like aliexpress sell them on as seconds

I'm still going to use the 2012-2014 jersey instead though to get my monies worth out of that one and save my 2019 money.

Already brought the Home and Heritige jersey along with the training T and singlet so I have a bit of skin in the game.

Prefer to buy the new colours instead of black.

Posted about this before but they do not use the same factories at all. A real jersey is leaked to another factory who then try their level best to replicate the jersey as best they can. If it was the same factory the fakes would literally be the same as the real ones as they already have the master copy.

Along the same lines as the sneaker industry where some of the fakes are near perfect copies that have evolved through a lot of trial and error...

This Special Edition Jersey will be worn by the Vodafone Warriors for the 2019 ANZAC round

The 2019 Vodafone Warriors ANZAC jersey design pays respect to all those who fought for the freedom that we know and have today.

The poppy fields at the base of the jersey represent the fields of remembrance and symbolises the ANZAC spirit. As each poppy diminishes in size as they move towards the horizon, we remember the many sacrifices of those who served and those who gave their lives.

Both the North and South Islands are represented by the distant maunga (mountains) - Aoraki on the front of the jersey and Taranaki on the back. Together they symbolise all those that came together to fight for our whenua (land) and people.

Well as expected we've worn the 'Little General' jersey for 2 out of our 3 away games so far, with the home jersey being worn against Manly in Christchurch.
I wonder when the black 'away' jersey is actually going to get a run? Looking through the draw it looks like maybe only against the Sharks and Raiders.
