Agree with Matulino#1 - getting easy draws hasn't inspired the team to make the finals, maybe a hard one will.

So I have NZ Warriors winning 6 of our 25 games, losing 18 of them and drawing 1 giving us 15 premiership points on ladder when you include the bye.
Yeah really don't want to say it guys but I think we're going to get wooden spoon next year. Which is sort of ironic considering how alot of the times this year I would of rather jammed a large wooden spoon up my ass than watch a NZ Warriors game as it's kind of pain I would rather inflict on myself ...

Dragons twice is probably the worst of it.
Like the rest I'm glad they have a tough draw. They will need to be significantly better next year if they are to remotely have a chance of being in the top half.

gee i used to enjoy poring over the draw, can't be bothered anymore. Its a tough start, but not that bad at the finish.
its weird how many x2 home games followed by x2 away games they have. they used to complain about being away from home for too long, but i always thought not wasting a full day going back to auckland and then back out again would have been worthwhile. at least once a year.

How tough is your club's 2018 draw?

The Roosters may have the most generous fixture list in 2018, while the Warriors will be tested against the best on the road to the finals according to analysis of next season's NRL Telstra Premiership draw.
Determining which clubs have a "hard" or "easy" draw is a complicated question – travel, time between matches and State of Origin scheduling are all factors – but a simple way to look at the difficulty of each team's draw is by looking at their opponents.
A 25-round competition with one bye means each club plays nine other teams twice and six teams just once, so some clubs could be said to have easier draws than others.
Note that a "tougher" draw isn't necessarily a bad thing – sure it might hurt your chances of sneaking into the finals but if your team can make the top eight they'll arguably be more battle hardened, having already played a lot of matches against strong sides (see North Queensland's surprise run to the grand final after enduring a tough draw in 2017).
Also, there's an obvious advantage for the better teams when analysing draws like this – because highly-rated teams like the Roosters and Melbourne Storm can't play against themselves.
That being said, here's how each club's draws rank, toughest to easiest, based on premiership betting for the 2018 season.

The negative is obvious, that run of away games against tough sides but on the positive our home games are all at Mt Smart. Taking home games away to Dunedin/Taranaki etc in the past was hurting us so I'm happy enough to see they've put an end to that at least for now.
One thing about the Warriors is they'll take any easy out if you show them one so the fact our draw is ranked the worst of all the clubs means they'll have to work hard for success and nothing will be handed to them. Kearney & Co should be using it to demand improvement from the players in preseason.

Eleven teams have 10 free-to-air matches or more, while Auckland will have five and Newcastle four of the mostly unpopular Friday 6pm timeslot.

Not sure the warriors ever took that many games away in the first place. If you exclude the games at eden park, there was what a total of 2? The rest were all home games for someone else werent they?
Well we have been fully shafted as per usual, not that it is going to make much difference.
Titans will improve under Brennan and they are the only team threatening to be worse than us next year.
Yeah your right most of them were away games for us but for those that weren't I'm just thinking why give the opposition a leg up, why give them any kind of a sniff .... anyway glad it's done with.
