The charge for my memberships went on my credit card this week. Feels so wrong forking out that much money this early on.

Just came on here to see if anyone else had been charged for their membership. Went to check my balance and I was almost $600 lighter. Only thing that showed up was that it was charged by Ticketek on the 29th. I had no idea what it was for so I rang the bank thinking someone had fraudulently used my card to buy a family pass to the upcoming Wiggles show. Then I remembered some emails from the club about auto renewals and figured it was for that. Too late cause my cards been cancelled.

I would have thought that they would have put me down for the part payment plan I was on last year? Does seem like a lot of money to shell out a couple days out from a Grand Final they arent playing in. At least Im sorted for next year I suppose...

I think if you opted in for auto renewal they just went ahead and charged the same card they had on file.
Some membership guy called me a week or two back apologising for the year we had and asked was I sure I wanted to auto renew. Seem quite a big commitment to make for a $20 p/seat discount...

I got no such call. I would have gone for the time payment like I have done for the last 2 seasons cause I dont like seeing how much Ive spent on this team so much. Now Im gonna expect a lot more from them...

I'm not renewing mine till I am certain they have solved some of the "lack of effort" issues.
They do that and I will support them again.

Membership packs arrived today. The membership caps this year look good. Key ring and sticker also included in the pack.
Wife and kids are happy with them so that is a good .
All we need now is for the season to start.

Arrived today, Cap looks cool. Key ring cool. Sticker ok. Don't understand why they waste time sending away members a membership card that's of no use!

My pack arrived today. Ordered a cap and got a fucking scarf which is useless in Queensland even in winter. Tomorrow it's 35, Friday 38 then 37, 36, 36, 37 with a nice break to 32 on Wednesday.

I agree. There was another pack where you could go to one game in Australia or QLD (can't remember), I live in Brisbane and guess what, they're not in Brisbane this year, which is strange because it's a good crowd and there is more Warriors than Broncos supporters
