General 2016 Warriors Jersey and Merchandise Thread

Sorry couldn't figure out how to start a new thread but as this was another disappointing season is there any word on 2016 jerseys ???

I know the 2016 range is all locked in. Its being made right now in preparation for the Christmas rush. Designing has already started for the 2017 range.

Probably the only change to the home and away jersey will be the 50/50 Warriors 20th Anniversary logo being replaced with the normal black logo...

Hmm...Doyle did mention in his interview the club colours of black/white would not be changing for some time. I thought at the time we are black and grey... Maybe the away jersey is going back to white?

I like the 20th anniversary logo, it's a shame it can't be kept...

I'm glad we're staying with the black, white, red colour scheme, it's the best colour combo in the comp.

I really hope the ANZAC jersey is more aligned with the others clubs (less is more) than that tripe we had this year.

Please, no more heritage jerseys that have nothing to do with the Warriors or are not actual jerseys of NZ. If they don't want to go with old designs of jerseys we haven't worn, why not choose a region of NZ or club and wear that jersey instead? Was it the Mt Albert jersey they wore pre-season one year? Looked good

Absolutely agree, for some reason that was always one of my favourites would definitely get a modern take on it

You know losing the half half logo will reduce my jersey purchases. Apart from the joy of more colour and life in it than Black and Grey, it was a great nod to our past and current state.

Can we start something to send a message now?!

I emailed the club on three separate occasions this year to note as much and got nothing on any attempt.

Not great frankly....lucky they were strong on the field ......

So if I read that correctly the 20's and NSW Cup jerseys are going to be the same for another two years? Or is that just the colours?
Hopefully the designs stay the same; it's a small thing but it would help alleviate the criticism of the constant jersey changes.

The problem now across the NRL the majority of sides change their heritage, ANZAC and WIL jerseys most years. Its probably highlighted more in NZ as we are the only NRL side; but the two training jerseys every year doesn't help.

I know we lead the way in terms of sales but taking a few steps back would help with public perception that the club is more about winning football games than jersey sales.

Pretty much all teams have to stick with the same design for a 3 year cycle so as Mt.W said, probably only the logo will revert back to our normal logo. The only other changes I would imagine would possibly be sponsorship related.

Please, please, please bring out the 95 away jersey as a heritage! I'd also much rather see an exact replica rather than a stylized version like 2013 and 2014 heritage jerseys. I always love it when other clubs do it, especially the Broncos heritage jersey this season.

Save the embarrassingly colourful jerseys for the 9's of the training jerseys.... Heritage jersey should be just that...other clubs seem to grasp this concept ok... Not us.
Don't want to see a funky take on something NZ related that had never been seen before.

Hopefully the training gear moves away from camo; we've have blue camo, then green time for something new. Hell make the training gear the 95 colours.

Put me on the list for hoping the heritage jersey is a jersey from the past. The 95 away jersey sounds like a nice idea. The heritage concept was cool when they were a jersey from the past and they looked ancient; some are moving to far away from the concept.

I like the ones that either are from a famous era or grand final win or look real old school.
