General 2016 State of Origin - Avatar Bet

The way this little bet works is that you choose a team (either QLD or NSW). The people who choose the losing team have to change their avatar to that chosen by the participants of the winning team. For example QLD lost a game last year and NSW supporters chose a pic of Gallen to be the avatar for the QLD supporters.

Anyone can participate and is not compulsory. Its simply for a little bit of fun and banter.

Simple state which team you support in this thread.

At the end of the first game, an avatar will be chosen for the losing team. Supporters of the winning team are able to propose the losing participants avatar. If no clear winner, an admin will choose the most offending avatar for the losing QLD supporters

Note: You have 24 from the completion of Game 1 to change your avatar. If you participate and do not change it yourself, it will be done for you and will carry on till the end of the State of Origin series. Otherwise the avatar needs to stay until the day of Game 2 of the series, for which a new bet will be created.

Damnit was hoping noone would ask about game 3...planned for losing supporters to keep their avatar until next year if QLD supporters lost game 3....j/k

Yeah happy for suggestions on rules/quidelines. What ive stated above is very rough for anyone to participate. Its all for fun. 2 weeks for each of them sounds good.

It's because it's a safe bet, QLD supporters can seem courageous for taking the bet with no risk to their avatars.

I've always supported NSW...dispite having tards like Gallen as the captain... I think having him as an avatar pic would be worse than a qld player to be honest.

But....NSW please..they surely have to win one day!
