I'm so excited I can barely ... yeah right ... who am I kidding ... I probably won't scream at the TV even once during this match
Like gREVUS said earlier ... I just want to see a high quality game along the lines of the Cows vs Donks epic a few weeks back
My only real emotional attachment to this match is that I will be absolutely mortified if I have to sport that tubby grub all but nude Gallen avatar for a week

The Storm players who were part of the team during the "Salary Cap? What Salary Cap?" period to still believe this is their fourth premiership if they win and that those earlier two they totally deserved.
Talking about storm, some impressive thunder and lightning in Auckland right now, very, very frightening indeed!

Sharks were my team before the Warriors came along and my old man supported them too, so they hold a special place in my heart, but I have really struggled to support them since Gallen became the face of the Sharks coz he is such a dick, I actually don't mind Ennis nearly as much as Gallen.
So as hard as it is to say I would have supported someone like NQ over the Sharks in the GF just so Gallen doesn't go out a winner.
Having said all that, I would support anyone over a dynasty created by a bunch of cheats. They make me sick, the players that were there at the time getting paid under the table, Bellamy, all of em, still winning off the back of building a foundation on backhanders.
So best outcome - Gallen falls off the bus and cant play so doesn't get a ring but the Sharks go on to win by a record scoreline. In the aftermath the cheats left over from the Storm are caught on Mad Monday with Bellamy on a luxury yacht they bought with their under the table payments milking a male donkey, it goes viral and they are all kicked out in disgrace (like they shoulda been anyway). Jesse Bromwich and Tohu Harris Harris are so sickened by what happened they lose their will to play for this sad club come home to play for the Warriors ata fraction of their value.

I went with the Sharks, then thought WTF did I just do......2 of the biggest idiot are in that team PG and MI who I just can't stand the sight of.
BUT I love the halves pairing in CT and JM as both guys were Warriors. So yeah break the 50 year drought and all the best.
TBH I really couldn't care less so long as it isn't a boring defensief game with a low score.....i'll turn the TV off and have to spend some quality time with the misses if that's the case......can't think what's worse.

I have the perfect recipe for who should win tonight:
the storm forward pack (loaded with kiwis) combined with the sharks back line (Maloney/Townsend/Feki). I'd be happy with that.

At least the 20s had the comeback. The ISP game wasn't competitive.
Faifai Loa nearly gets dumped on his head, the ref sees no problem. A few minutes later someone does a shoulder charge. Hey that's a shoulder charge and dangerous that's on report.

Listening to triple M before the ISP final and Gordon Tallis strongly suggested the Bears had been on the drink all week celebrating, and thought Illawarra would carve up. Seems beyond belief you would clock off before the biggest occasion of the year, with a massive audience and possible NRL contracts on the line.
