A Broncos fan asking anything about scheduling is simply laughable - my response would be suck it up.A Broncos supporter asked why they travelled to Auckland during Origin when the fixtures could have been swapped. Seems a reasonable question considering their Origin commitments.
Were they wanting to know when they can find out if they are playing on Friday night?A Broncos fan asking anything about scheduling is simply laughable - my response would be suck it up.
I know a lot of clubs or fans or fans of other clubs compain that the Warriors don't get Monday night games. But with the time zone it's not suitable for the main audience in Australia unless the games are scheduled later. Now with the climate here in NZ that should be done earlier in the season.A friend of mine who is a Rabbitohs supporters seems absolutely 100% certain that the Round 23 game against the Warriors at Mt Smart is on a Thursday. I cant find a single thing online to confirm it but he's booked his acom and all for it...

Another, but far less likely reason that I've heard, is they want to make sure their "big games" don't clash AFL as their season is getting closer to the playoffs. Personally, I don't think they would worry about that unless there was a potential ground clash.Maybe a placeholder date those later rounds haven't been scheduled so the NRL can make sure teams in contention for the top 8 are playing in the prime time games

Most fans can answer that for them.............................chances are highly likely yes.

Thursday night seems strange for the same reasons. We already barely get Friday night games at home as the suitable kick off time is too early for the TV audience in Australia.
So to me the only reason we'd be getting a Thursday night game would be either someone has screwed up the draw somehow or the NRL want to appease some of the moaning clubs.
Don't get me wrong it suits me as I shouldn't have to stay up as late like the other Monday or Thursday night games.
