Walk walk walk , carry weight , sleep deprive.
Apply some mental aptitude test ( orientation ) more walking , no sleep, Lots of yelling , more walking , no sleep , more yelling , Orientation exercise , sleep teaser , shock wake up , more walking , more carrying weight, more verbal tirades, food.
