Not long after Trump was elected he got the DOJ to institute a rule that congress could not start an impeachment enquiry without a house vote.
He did that to stop Nancy Pelosi impeaching him, so she got the house to vote anyway.

Now McCarthy, the speaker, is starting an impeachment enquiry on Biden, without a vote. The belief among the Dems is that Trump is beside himself with fear about what he is in for, so wants Biden impeached too.
The GOP has forgotten they cannot impeach without a vote...and ladies and jellybeans in his deranged speech on the weekend Trump said he wanted Biden impeached, even though they had no evidence on him. He said just find some, so that is what they are doing.

And again Bruce you are correct, if you don't count the bank records, the over 100 suspicious activity reports, the llcs, the texts, the e-mails, the what's app messages, the photos of Joe with Hunters business partners, the voice-mail to his son, the 2 business partners saying Joe Biden is "the brand" and the "the chairman".
The 2 whistle blowers testimonies, the recorded phone calls between Biden and Poroshenko, the video of Joe Biden bragging about the sacking of the ukraine prosecutor, and Hunters statements about that he is giving his Dad half of his income, there is no evidence Joe Biden is involved in the Biden crime family.
