OK, anyone that can think of a positive reason that we lost to the Dragons can fuck off, the Dragons are a piss poor piece of shit useless fucking excuse for a NRL team, we were shit and its not a good look going forward.
I know we've got injuries but the use of our bench and then the make up was absolutely fucked
Poor performance from the Warriors but you obviously haven't watched any Dragons games this season. They have definitely improved under Flanno.

Far to predictable, and other teams know it
In the Fox after game player interviews Sloan let out the the drags game plan was to target Egan and SJ

Maybe sometimes the ball should go off the ruck or scrum to Tmm Rts Monty instead it just seems to be Sj to rhs most of the game

Agree with other posters Pomp’s and Paul Roache should had far more minutes

Good wake up call

But but
We ll be back are we forgetting our many injured players

Good learning exercise especially for Coach

Bound to have a shocker once in a while

The inconsistency just caught up to us

We were just about full strength an lost to the baby broncos last year, after that we turned into a freight train (unless it was raining, Rookie Webster could not figure out the rain lol)

Tonnes to work on, but to suggest we aren’t a top 4 team is doo-doo lol

The Dragons give off old school Warriors vibes in that they can just pop off for a game they shouldn’t win, and be shite the rest.

Did Webby just get outcoached there?

Take the learnings then flush and forget it.

If any team can get our mojo back its the Titans! Bring em on

Congrats Dragons, too good tonight

Flanno knows exactly how to neutralize SJ so it did look like Shauns ball time was completely read.
It also looked like Flanno had watched the Warriors hidings against Penrith and the Broncos and set his defence to kill off our link players on our set moves, our centers and backrowers off SJ got killed tonight.

Sometimes you have to roll with those punches, Webster would be a fool to replace the plan just because one coach unraveled it early in the piece while our halfback shied away from kicking left and passing left.

The plan still works, we just aren't helping our cause by being readable on our right side heavy attack.

We need a left hook...otherwise we can be tied up and counter punched easily.

I cannot believe our 2 starting backrowers played a combined 140 minutes and made 27m between them. That is absolutely disgusting, especially considering the load that Tohu and AFB were having to shoulder.

The bench strategy was a disaster. Not playing Zyon Maiu’u so we could instead play a reserve grade hooker for 2 minutes is brain dead.

SJ looked like the SJ of 2 years ago. Montoya even worse.

It’s a marathon fam not a sprint. Don’t get me wrong I’m fkd off but life goes on. We’re better than this
Are we though? I felt we get found out last week, this week seems to confirm it. This is our real test and if we can't bounce back next week, I dont see us making the 8.

However, there are some obvious areas that have been issues for a while:
- Left edge still not firing
I think the ball went left twice all night. Apart from the ball being passed of the ruck to a forward for a hit up.
We have TMM there. It's such a waste that the ball doesn't go his way more. I know that SJ is the second coming on the forum but he can only do so much. And when the pressures on he gets flaky. I'd like to
I would love to see Nicholl-Klostad looping around RTS

Yeah see my post Sloan said game plan target Egan and Sj - worked a treat

He never gets any quality ball. Put him where Berry is at right centre and he'd be a gun.
He’s being used wrong. The type of style that Webster uses for our outside backs to get yardage out of our own end isn’t suited to Roger’s game. He needs time and space to create and not being used as a battering ram all the time.

We look like we have no answers in attack when we have all the ball. Looks like we are still trying to play 2023 ball which all the other teams have worked out how to shut down. Our middle forwards want to be halfbacks instead of running it straight. We need a proper 6 instead of relying on Johnson to create all the points. Montoya has been carried since he was resigned last year.

This, so much this. A mate of mine called out our 6 as not being up to it, they've got a point.

RTS was used by us as a battering ram for years when he was at fullback. He was also used in the opponents 20, but let's not act like he wasn't also doing massive work out of our own end.
