And he’s just watched another prop put his career best numbers, if he wants to challenge himself to hit those heights also, I think that’s a win. Really injury is my main concern with him but in AFB’s first season with us he only managed 15 games, he also only managed that the year before too in his last year at manly.
I remember being so envious of the Sharkies pack a couple of years ago when they had BHU, Hunt and Fafita, they were monstering everyone. Last year they seemed to he cruelled by injuries.

BHU could thrive in Webby's systems. Would I rather have him starting over a Bunty or Ale or Jazz, fucked if I know, depends on his price I guess.

In summary, ahh let's just get Utoikamanu.

How much would we be willing to spend on Utoikamanu? If we think he’s a genuinely good option (I kinda do), I’d be happy with 850k. That’s the kinda money that could potentially get him over here. Not a million, fuck that.

Or do we go after BHU for no more than 600k? That leaves a lot more money in the pot for a half when SJ retires.

Bunty and Ale also comes off contract at the end of 2025 so that’s also a factor. You’d have to imagine they’d be pretty close to the minimum. Bang for buck? Does their value increase with our lack of options?

Personally I hope we go hard for Neame when he’s off contract.

Jazz off contract end of 2024 too. Question marks over him prop/lock and size?

I’d be really surprised if the Warriors didn’t offer Bunty another contract to see him get another top 17 spot in any other NRL squad. He seems like a champ of a guy but he’s a lower end journeyman at best.

I think Utoikamanu for 700k. He is young but no rep footy yet. Hasn't reached 50. Has potential but I think 700k is fair considering he has a couple of clubs after him. BHU 600k yeah you're pretty on the mark bro.

Just one tooth? Or multiple?
Could u eat an apple through a tennis racket?
Just one tooth and I’d stave to death behind a tennis racket. My missing tooth is one you can’t even see. But when I was at high school I used to give a buddy of mine a hard time because their grandfather was missing some body parts. Shortly after that my dentist informed me I would be without a tooth for the rest of my life and I always felt I deserved it haha.

Reality is that when we signed him he was not the best prop in the comp and to be honest I don't think any other team wanted him. Good coaching and systems made him great. Lets see how he does at the sharks before we get too carried away.

He was elite and the forum response was pretty unanimous that he was a great signing.

Keep in mind he was not allowed to sign with another Sydney team which heavily reduced his options.

We were in an advantageous position having cleared significant cap. The public release request and confirming signing with us were 6 days apart.

We got friggen lucky, that's the real reality.

He like all players under Webby has improved but he was top shelf when signed.

Wrighty will get his popcorn for your flames but I reckon Utoikamanu and BHU is a win for us. BHU for his potential of a try scoring threat close to the line as AFB is, and Utoikamanu for where he’s at as an origin prop with his best years ahead of him. Could be that big body for us for years to come with Zyon Maiu’u looking to be our closest young prop ready, though I’d be keen to know what Sifakula’s weight and height is now.
This is pretty much best case scenario for us and we'd be lucky if it happened. Don't think anyone will flame you. Would cost us more than AFB though
